This mission was the fourth oculoplastic surgery mission in Laos, this time held at Mahosot and 113 Hospitals in Vientiane. It was also the second cataract surgery mission in the northern provinces. The mission was funded by doctors from Bumrungrad Hospitals of Thailand and SEE International of California in association with Lao Rehabilitation Foundation from USA.
