Aiming at improving the rural people’s living conditions in Laos, Lao Rehabilitation Foundation signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Health, National Center for Environment and Water Supply on February 1, 2013 to provide support for water projects in Oudomxay, Khammuan, Savannakhet and Vientiane province for five years, from 2013 to 2017. The first phase of the project was to import the Rockbuster drilling rig donated by WaterHope.
