On the 2nd week of October 2019 the Eye Unit of Oudomxay provincial hospital in cooperation with the Lao Rehabilitation Foundation (LRF) offered mobile eye care service in 3 districts (Beng, Houn and Xai) of Oudomxay, providing eye exams, refraction testing, dispensing eyeglasses, performing eye surgery when needed and donating medical equipment to Km 32 Health Center.
